PX PUSH operates as a retained creative department for companies requiring dependable design output without the usual administrative drag. Brand, interface, content, and production requests are received, reviewed, and advanced through a clear working system, with senior direction applied where it counts and unnecessary ceremony kept firmly off the agenda.

The department is operated by two appointed heads. Together, they are responsible for direction, production, and the continued maintenance of the PX PUSH standard. Their functions overlap by design: one builds the system, the other ensures it leaves the building in proper condition. All work entering the department is reviewed against the same operating principles: clarity before decoration, purpose before volume, and no unnecessary meetings. Decisions are made close to the work and remain in effect until a better decision is presented in writing. This arrangement has been approved for continued use.
Co-founder & Art Director
Software engineer turned Art Director. A decade inside Bitcoin and freedom tech — designing onboarding, identity, and data-heavy interfaces for systems built on principle. Founder of BOLT.FUN, where structured Tournaments helped a wave of early-stage makers prototype, ship, and find their footing in an emerging ecosystem.
He co-founded PX PUSH as a design subscription built around founders who need direction without the noise. Alongside it, he runs PEAK/SHIFT, a studio for brand systems and storytelling — work that treats identity as infrastructure, not decoration.
His practice sits between digital systems and contemporary culture. Not just shaping products — tracking how ideas travel, take form, and influence people beyond the screen. High-signal thinking, applied where it counts.
Co-founder, Production & Creative Director
Sixteen years building creative businesses across every major market. Five-time Awwwards juror. A body of work recognised globally — built on holding output to a standard most aren't willing to commit to.
He co-founded PX PUSH as a design subscription built around high-signal direction. Alongside it, he runs Stud, a premium design-led branding studio, and Myth, a cinematic post-production house. Founded Fleava, a full-service creative agency operating for more than 15 years.
Design is the entry point. What follows is a way of thinking about brands, businesses, and what it actually means to make something worth noticing. The bar doesn't move.

001 General Questions
- Nº001
What exactly is PX PUSH?
+A retained creative department. You subscribe, submit requests, and receive ongoing design support across brand, product, web, motion, and marketing. Think of it as having a senior design team embedded in your business without the overhead of hiring and managing one internally.
- Nº002
Who is PX PUSH for?
+Startups that need to move fast. Established brands that need consistent output. Agencies that are at capacity. Marketing teams that have outgrown their current setup. If you regularly need high-quality design work and want a simpler way to get it done, PX PUSH is built for you.
- Nº003
What's the delivery process like?
+We start with a brief onboarding call to understand your goals, brand standards, and working preferences. From there, requests move through a shared Notion workspace where priorities remain visible at all times. Most deliverables are completed within 72 hours and announced through direct messages. When additional context is helpful, we include Loom walkthroughs to explain decisions and next steps.
- Nº004
How fast will I get my designs?
+Most requests are completed within 72 hours. Larger initiatives such as websites, product experiences, presentations, or brand systems are broken into smaller deliverables and completed in stages. Progress remains visible throughout, and you'll always know what's being worked on next.
- Nº005
Is there a limit on design requests?
+No. Add as many requests as you'd like to your queue. We work through them in priority order—one active task at a time on Standard and two active tasks at a time on Pro.
- Nº006
How do you handle larger projects?
+Large projects are broken into smaller deliverables and organized within the shared workspace. Each task moves through the queue according to agreed priorities and follows the same delivery rhythm as any other request. This creates faster feedback loops, greater visibility, and steady momentum throughout the project.
- Nº007
Why not just hire a full-time designer?
+Hiring a senior designer comes with salary, benefits, onboarding, management overhead, and capacity limitations. PX PUSH gives you access to a broader range of design skills and a dedicated team without the commitment of building an internal department.
- Nº008
How do I share feedback?
+Feedback can be shared directly through Figma comments, the shared Notion workspace, or your dedicated team group messages. We recommend leaving comments directly on designs via Figma whenever possible, as it provides the clearest context and speeds up revisions.
- Nº009
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
+We work collaboratively and revise until the deliverable aligns with the agreed brief. Clear feedback helps us move quickly and ensures the final result meets your expectations.
- Nº010
Who are the designers?
+PX PUSH is staffed by experienced designers working across branding, web, product, motion, and marketing design. Depending on the request, you'll benefit from the collective expertise of the department rather than relying on a single specialist.
002 Scope of Work
- Nº001
What types of design does PX PUSH cover?
+Brand identity and strategy. Web and digital design. Marketing materials, including decks, ads, social content, and print. Motion graphics. UI/UX. If it involves visual communication at a professional level, the department handles it.
- Nº002
What's not included?
+3D modelling and full-stack development are outside standard scope. Some exceptions apply on the Pro plan. If you're unsure whether something falls within scope, ask and we'll tell you directly.
- Nº003
Do you write copy?
+Our team includes copywriters. Brand copy, website copy, and marketing content are within scope. We don't ghostwrite long-form editorial or technical documentation.
- Nº004
Can you handle web design and development?
+Web design, always. Framer and Webflow development are included on the Pro plan. Full custom-code development is handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need it, let us know and we'll advise on the best path.
- Nº005
Can you work within our existing brand guidelines?
+That's the preferred method. Share your brand guidelines at onboarding and we'll operate within them from the start. If guidelines don't exist yet, we can establish them.
- Nº006
Do you provide stock photography and video?
+Yes. Unlimited licensed stock imagery and footage are included across all plans. You don't need a separate subscription.
- Nº007
Can I request the same type of work on a recurring basis?
+That's one of the main use cases. Many clients use the department for ongoing, repeating deliverables such as weekly social content, monthly campaign assets, and app flows. The subscription is built for consistent output.
- Nº008
Can you design for multiple brands under one subscription?
+Yes. All plans include unlimited brands. If you're managing multiple clients or product lines, they can all run through the same account.
003 Workflow & Process
- Nº001
Are there meetings?
+No standing meetings. The department operates asynchronously by design. If a brief requires a short alignment call, we'll schedule one, but it won't become a recurring fixture.
- Nº002
How do revisions work?
+Unlimited and included in the subscription. Submit revision notes via Figma comments or directly in Notion. Turnaround is typically up to 72 hours.
- Nº003
How does the request queue work?
+You submit requests through the shared Notion workspace. We work through them in the order you've prioritised. Backlog, Next Up, In Progress, and Completed tasks are all visible at a glance. You control the priority and we control the execution.
- Nº004
What tools does the department use?
+Figma is our primary design environment. Project management runs through Notion. For motion and video work, we operate across Jitter, After Effects, abd Final Cut Pro. We adapt to your stack where it makes sense.
- Nº005
What information do I need to include in a request?
+A clear description of what you need, the format or dimensions if applicable, any relevant references, and a deadline if one exists. The more specific the brief, the faster and more accurate the output.
- Nº006
How quickly does the department respond to messages?
+Within one business day. For active projects, usually faster. We're not structured for real-time chat, but nothing goes unanswered.
- Nº007
Can I invite my team to the workspace?
+Yes. All plans include unlimited team seats. Stakeholders, collaborators, or clients can be added without restriction.
- Nº008
What happens after I submit a request?
+It enters the queue, gets reviewed, and work begins. You'll receive an initial draft or progress update within 72 hours. From there, you review, leave feedback, and we iterate until the request is closed.
004 Billing & Membership
- Nº001
How does billing work?
+Monthly, billed on the same date each cycle. No hidden fees, no usage-based charges, and no surprise invoices.
- Nº002
What payment methods do you accept?
+All major credit and debit cards. Bank transfers can be arranged for annual plans. Payment is handled securely and we do not store card details.
- Nº003
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
+No contract. Month-to-month. You can cancel, pause, or upgrade at any time without penalty.
- Nº004
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
+Yes, at any time. Moving from Standard to Pro increases your active request slots and adds development capabilities. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Nº005
Can I pause my subscription?
+Yes. If your workload drops and you don't need the department active, pause and the unused days roll forward. You won't be billed during the pause period.
- Nº006
- Nº007
Do you offer refunds?
+If you're not satisfied within the first two weeks, we'll issue a refund. Beyond that, refunds are not standard, but if something has gone genuinely wrong on our end, contact us and we'll sort it out.
- Nº008
How do I cancel?
+Through the account dashboard or by contacting the team directly. No retention process, no exit interview, and no attempts to change your mind.
005 Files & Ownership
- Nº001
Who owns the work?
+You do. All creative output produced by PX PUSH becomes your intellectual property upon delivery.
- Nº002
Will I receive the source files?
+Yes. All source files, including Figma files, Adobe assets, and export packages, are yours and transferred upon completion.
- Nº003
Do you sign NDAs?
+Yes. We'll sign your NDA or provide ours if required. Confidentiality is standard operating procedure.
- Nº004
Is my work kept confidential?
+Yes. Work produced for your account is not shown in portfolios, shared with other clients, or used in marketing materials without your written consent.
- Nº005
What happens to my files if I cancel?
+They remain yours. All completed work and source files are transferred before the subscription closes.
- Nº006
What file formats will I receive?
+Whatever the deliverable requires. Print work comes press-ready in PDF and AI/InDD formats. Digital assets are exported in formats such as PNG, SVG, WebP, MP4, and GIF. Figma files are shared directly.
